Muhkam Wasel · WhatsApp campaigns for sales teams

Send WhatsApp campaigns from your own numbers, and handle every reply in one place.

Link up to five WhatsApp numbers, upload your contacts from Excel, and let messages go out spread across working hours, within a daily limit per number. Every reply lands in one inbox your team shares, and keyword auto-replies catch interested customers the moment they write.

How it works

Four steps, from linking a number to answering a customer.

  1. Connect your numbers with a QR code

Just like WhatsApp Web: open WhatsApp on your phone, scan the code, and the number is ready. Nothing changes on the number or in your app.

Up to 5 numbers in the plan

  2. Upload contacts from Excel

An Excel or CSV file with names, numbers and any other columns. Tag contacts into groups, and use any column inside the message, like the name or city.

People who opted out are excluded automatically

  3. Build the campaign

Write several versions of the message for Wasel to rotate at random, set the sending days and hours, and a daily limit per number. Messages spread across the whole window instead of going out in one burst.

Reply rate per version, live while it runs

  4. Answer everyone from one inbox

Replies from all your numbers arrive in one shared inbox, and each team member sees only the chats on their own numbers. You know who replied, who is waiting on you, and who is interested.

    With keyword auto-replies

Features

Everything a sales team working on WhatsApp needs.

Wasel is built around a sales rep's day: send at a sensible pace, catch the interested ones, and know who to talk to right now.

Numbers with daily limits that protect them

Each number gets a daily limit that starts low and rises day by day, so WhatsApp gets used to its activity. An established, active number can start at its full limit from day one.

Campaigns with several message versions

Wasel picks a random version for each customer and tracks the reply rate of every version. Keep the wording that gets answers, drop the rest.

Sending windows across the day

10 am to 6 pm, for example. Messages go out at uneven intervals across the whole window, and nothing is sent outside it.

Keyword auto-replies

When a customer writes “interested” or “price”, your prepared reply goes out within seconds, and they show up in your list of interested leads.

Contacts from Excel

Upload your file as it is. The name and any other column become variables in the message, and tags decide who each campaign goes to.

Five team seats, customer numbers hidden

Assign numbers to each person. They see only the chats and campaigns on their numbers, and customer numbers show like this. Only the account owner sees full numbers and exports them.

Opt-outs, handled

When a customer replies with an opt-out word, they're removed from every upcoming campaign and their scheduled messages are cancelled. You can edit the word list.

  • stop
  • unsubscribe
  • إلغاء
  • لا ترسل

Reports a sales rep actually reads

Who is waiting for your reply right now, which hour your customers answer most, which message version gets replies, and how many messages were sent, delivered, read and answered.

Number safety

Built to protect your numbers before it sends.

A restricted number stops your team's work. So Wasel is careful by default, from the first setting, and doesn't leave it to luck.

  • Gradual warm-up

A new number starts with a few messages a day, and the count rises every day until it reaches its limit.

  • A daily limit per number

No number goes over its limit, however many campaigns use it. After any pause it resumes at the same pace and never catches up in one burst.

  • Automatic pause on rejections

If WhatsApp starts rejecting or not delivering a number's messages, the number pauses itself and you get an alert, before the problem grows.

  • Opt-out words, one message per customer

Anyone who asks not to be contacted gets nothing more. No customer receives the same campaign message twice, and numbers without WhatsApp are skipped.

To be straight with you: no tool can guarantee a number will never be restricted. What we guarantee is that Wasel sends within sensible limits and stops at the first warning sign. The rest is following WhatsApp's policy: message people who know you or asked to hear from you.

Campaigns on this number were paused and the account owner was alerted. Other numbers keep working.

FAQ

Before you start.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Wasel works with the numbers you already have, on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. You link a number by scanning a QR code, the same way you link WhatsApp Web, and it keeps working on your phone as usual.

Can my number get banned?

The risk exists with any bulk sending, and nobody can remove it completely. Wasel reduces it with a daily limit per number, a gradual warm-up for new numbers, messages spread across the day, and an automatic pause when WhatsApp starts rejecting a number's messages. The rest is on you: message people who know you, respect opt-outs and follow WhatsApp's policies.

Can my team see customer phone numbers?

No. Team members see the customer's name and the conversation; the number shows masked, like +971 ••••• 4237. Only the account owner sees full numbers and can export data.

What happens after the trial?

Campaigns stop, and your contacts, campaigns and conversations stay saved. Pay whenever you are ready and pick up where you left off, usually without scanning the QR code again.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no automatic charge to your card. Each month you get an invoice and pay it yourself; if you don't, campaigns stop when the paid period ends.

How does billing work?

Monthly, by card through Ziina, in UAE dirhams. Your invoice arrives five days before renewal and includes any extra numbers in one payment. An extra number added mid-month is half price if fewer than 15 days are left in the period.

Is messaging really unlimited?

We don't sell message credits or count messages against you. Each number still has a daily limit that protects it, and usage is subject to WhatsApp and Meta policy. If you need more volume, add numbers rather than pushing one number harder.

Which languages does Wasel support?

Arabic and English. Each user picks their own interface language, and you write your messages in whatever language your customers read.
